White Hall is a town in Marion County, West Virginia, United States. The population was 595 at the 2000 census. White Hall became incorporated in 1989. It was formed from many different unincorporated areas joining together to form a town. Many area, though, chose not to join White Hall. The center of White Hall is White Hall Elementary and the newly built Town hall.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.0 square miles (2.5 km²), all land.
As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 595 people, 262 households, and 161 families residing in the town. The population density was 624.7 inhabitants per square mile (241.8/km²). There were 295 housing units at an average density of 309.7 per square mile (119.9/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 93.61% White, 2.18% African American, 2.18% Asian, 1.18% from other races, and 0.84% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.18% of the population.
There were 262 households out of which 26.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.5% were married couples living together, 9.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 38.5% were non-families. 32.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.27 and the average family size was 2.90.
In the town the population was spread out with 18.7% under the age of 18, 13.6% from 18 to 24, 32.3% from 25 to 44, 22.9% from 45 to 64, and 12.6% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 35 years. For every 100 females there were 91.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.8 males.
The median income for a household in the town was $42,813, and the median income for a family was $50,625. Males had a median income of $39,286 versus $29,722 for females.
